Every court, every match, on everyone’s phone.

Build pools and brackets in minutes. Volunteers keep score by scanning a QR code, and players and parents follow live scores with no app and no account.

How it works

From team list to live scores

  1. The builder’s Teams step with twelve teams split into pools, and the running price

Enter your teams, split them into pools, list your courts.

  2. A tournament schedule with matches on three courts every fifty minutes

    2. Get a schedule across every court

  3. Two phones: a live semifinal score, and the tournament bracket

    3. Share the QR and scores go live

Players and parents follow scores and the bracket on their phones.

FAQ

Questions organizers ask

Do players and parents need an app or an account?

No. Anyone with the tournament code, link or QR code opens it in their phone’s browser. There is nothing to install and no sign-up.

Can I change teams or the schedule after paying?

Yes. From Settings you can rename the tournament and edit each team’s name, description and color at any time. To add or remove teams or change courts and times, use Rebuild: it makes a new schedule and replaces the old one, so any scores already entered and any scorekeepers you added are cleared.

What if we run late or lose a court?

Rebuild the schedule from Settings with the courts and times you have left, and everyone following the tournament sees the new schedule as soon as it saves. Scores entered before the rebuild are cleared, so rebuild before play resumes.

How do scorekeepers get access?

Two ways, both from Settings → Scorekeepers. Show them the scorekeeper QR code: whoever scans it can keep score, no account needed. Or add their email address, and they can keep score once they sign in with that email.

Can I print the schedule?

Yes. Once your tournament is published, the Schedule page has a Print button for a copy to post on the gym wall.

How many teams and courts? Which formats?

From 4 to 64 teams, on as many courts as you have. Choose round robin, pool play (optionally finishing in a bracket), single elimination or double elimination. Two formats are add-ons, priced per team and shown before you pay: Double elimination is $2 per team, Pool → bracket is $1 per team. Bigger event? Email us.

What happens if the gym Wi-Fi is bad?

Opening a tournament needs a connection. If a scorekeeper’s phone loses signal mid-match, the points they enter stay on that phone and are sent when it reconnects, as long as they keep the page open. Everyone else sees them once they arrive. Scorekeepers on mobile data are usually the safest bet.
